Miscellaneous Revolutionary Documents of New Hampshire, published in 1910
shows Benjamin CUTTER of New Hampshire is amoung the list of 85 or so men. The list is headed "TEMPLE" and reads "We the Subscribers, do hereby solemnly Profess our Intire willingness, at the Risque of our Lives and Fortunes, with Arms, to oppose the hostile Attempts of the British Fleets, and Armies, against the United States Colonies, when Ever And to such A Degree as Such Attempt of the British may Require".
