Leck was raised near Seminole, OK. Many of his siblings migrated to Texas. He worked in construction all of his life. He painted several pictures for the church's babtistry. He was well versed in the bible and was an excellent storyteller of Irishmen jokes, featuring Pat, Mike and Mustard.

He was a long time new car sales and service manager and insurance salesman. After their military enlistments were over, they moved to Topeka, KSErnest married Opal Hoeckle on 27 Jun 1945. Opal was born on 17 Apr 1917.

Bud went into the Air Force right out of high school. He made a career there and served several years in Japan following WWII but most of his time was served in Ft. Worth, TX, where he bought a home and retired from the Air Force.
Bud had several rent houses in Ft. Worth and operated the Gospel Mission there. He was a Master Bee Keeper and went around the area to capture unwanted queen bees and their hives.Thomas married Alene Holding on 19 Oct 1944. Alene was born on 19 Oct 1923.
