OBITUARY
The death of Dr. Henry Dubbs, a pioneer druggist of Seattle, occurred at his residence on Fourth Avenue and Olympic Place yesterday afternoon. Dr. Dubbs was 72 years old at the time of his death and had lived fourteen years in this city. A widow and five children survive him. He was a prominent Mason and was well-known in local business circles, although he had retired from active participation in business affairs for several years. Dr. Dubbs was born at Franklin, Pa., from which city he came to Seattle. He owned two drug stores, one on Pike street and another on Second avenue, at the time of his retirement from business. His wife is at present in a serious condition, being completely prostrated by his death. Death was caused by pneumonia. (courtesy of Lorene LeGros)

Henry married Clara Jerusha M Adams about 1850. Clara was born about 1830 in NY. She died after 1902.
