David married Juanita A. LaPorte daughter of Gerald LaPorte and Ella LaPorte on 26 Jul 1953. Juanita was born on 30 Aug 1935 in Hennessey, OK. She died on 21 Mar 1992 in Enid Regional Hospital, Garfield Co, OK. She was buried in Waukomis IOOF Cemetery, Garfield Co, OK.

JUANITA A. VALTRFuneral services for Juanita A. Valtr, 56, who died Saturday March 21, 1992, at Enid Regional Hospital will be at 2 p.m. at Pioneer High School. The Rev. Coy Donakey and Rev. Joe Stubbs will officiate. Burial will follow in the Waukomis Cemetery under the direction of Henniger-Allen Funeral Home.
She was born Aug.. 30, 1935 to Gerald and Ella LaPorte. She grew up in Hennessey and graduated from Hennessey High School. She married David L. Valtr in 1953. She worked for Pioneer High School for 15 years and was a member of the Union Chapel Church of Hennessey.
Surviving are her husband, David; two sons, Dennis of Douglas and Kelly of Searcy, Ark.; five daughters, Deborah Valtr and Susan Heflin of Jacksonville, Ark.; Sherry Abbott and Sharon Seiger of Hennessey and Shelly Mowry of Mustang; her mother, Ella of Hennessey, 11 grandchildren ; six brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Division of Oklahoma Medical Research of Union Chapel Church. The funeral home will serve as custodian of the fund.
